As a family of four, we recently stayed at this lovely cottage accommodation in a quiet village location. the apartment, although upstairs, offered a beautiful view from the lounge and was light and bright. We were pleasantly surprised to find fresh scones, clotted cream, and jam awaiting us upon arrival - a nice touch that immediately made us feel welcome. One of the highlights of our stay was the fact that the property was great for dogs, as there were many walks from the doorstep, including a road-free walk to the beach just a mile away. Our furry family member thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area and meeting new four-legged friends along the way. The hosts, who lived next door, were friendly and accommodating, always available to answer any questions we had. the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all of us. In terms of location, the property was conveniently situated for exploring West Bay, Lyme Regis, Dorchester, and Weymouth. We especially enjoyed our visit to West Bay beach, which was only a short drive away and offered stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, our experience at this cottage accommodation was delightful. the family-friendly amenities and activities, combined with the welcoming hosts and comfortable living space, made for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend this property to other families looking for a peaceful getaway in the Dorset countryside.
